Christophe and Nicolas Ming—managers since spring 2021—welcome you to the Hôtellerie de Châtonneyre! The two brothers, who come from a long line of hoteliers, are supported by an on-site team.
The 3-star hotel has been proudly located in the centre of the wine village of Corseaux, in the majestic UNESCO Lavaux vineyards, for 50 years. It enjoys a magnificent view of the lake, the mountains and the town of Vevey below.
It features 17 rooms and suites, renovated in 2021, seminar and banqueting facilities for up to 300 people, and a restaurant with terrace, updated in 2016.
History
2021: a jubilee year
Châtonneyre opened its doors for the first time on 11 September 1971. Half a century later, it is almost to the day that the Corsalian population has been invited to celebrate its 50 years of existence, on Saturday 4 September 2021.

L’Hôtellerie de Châtonneyre made its debut in the prestigious Gault&Millau restaurant guide in 2025 with an impressive score of 13/20. For 2026, the Restaurant de Châtonneyre was awarded an additional point, bringing its score to 14/20!
This award recognizes the work of the entire team, which passionately pursues excellence through creativity, authenticity, and a commitment to showcasing the local terroir.
The restaurant also holds the Fait Maisoncertification, a guarantee that all dishes are prepared on-site using fresh, carefully selected ingredients.
Located in the heart of the Lavaux vineyards, Restaurant de Châtonneyre showcases local produce and Swiss wines, helping to boost the appeal of the Montreux Riviera region as a gastronomic destination.
